Our company ships from the European Union (EU) using DHL services. Upon reaching the destination country, orders are seamlessly handed over to the respective local carriers for prompt and efficient delivery.

The shipping costs include the transport costs, the packaging of the ordered goods to the specified delivery address (excluding customs duties for parcels which are paid by the buyer).
Subject to change at short notice - the currently valid shipping costs will be displayed when the order is placed.

•⁠ Switzerland: Shipping 7 CHF (Swiss Post, delivery time 2-3 business days).
Free shipping for orders over 50 CHF.

•⁠ Europe: Shipping 8 CHF (DHL, delivery time 8-10 business days).
Free shipping for orders over 50 CHF.

•⁠ Kosovo, Albania: Free shipping (delivery time 1-3 business days).

•⁠ Macedonia: Shipping 3 CHF (delivery time 3-5 business days).
Free shipping for orders over 50 CHF.

•⁠ Other countries: Shipping 15 CHF (Swiss Post Priority Plus or registered mail, delivery time 5-8 business days).

•⁠ ⁠⁠Worldwide free shipping for orders over 200 CHF.

If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, not from the supplier, but from customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to check with the customs or tax authorities for details before placing the order.

Conditions for Returns

Please note that once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel an order and we do not offer or accept returns.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
